For over 20 years, Andy dedicated his life to transforming spaces with meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality. His work spanned from restoring historic sites in Richmond—churches, museums, theaters, and movie sets—to bringing warmth and elegance to private homes.

After the loss of Andy in February 2023, following a valiant battle with adrenal cancer, the spirit and mission he embodied did not end. Instead, it inspired the birth of Elite Flooring RVA. Our new name carries Andy’s legacy forward, embracing his values and the high work standards he set. Our team, many of whom were mentored by Andy himself, continues to share his passion for hardwood flooring, blending traditional techniques with new innovations.
